Perched above Old Town, our rooftop welcomes up to 100 guests into a relaxed, open-air ceremony designed to feel effortlessly removed from the ordinary. A dedicated lounge invites children to unwind or guests to linger over cocktails as the day gently transitions from ceremony to reception. While everyone mingles beneath the sky, you’re free to slip away into Old Town for photos
As the celebration moves indoors, guests are welcomed into our tropical dining room, where intimate tables of 6–10 guests surround a rustic head table. Lush greenery weaves throughout the space, creating a warm, romantic escape.
When dinner concludes, the festivities spill back to the rooftop. Music fills the air, glasses are refreshed, and the night turns toward dancing, laughter, and the beginning of your life together—celebrated under the stars

From the first toast to the final bite, service style influences the energy of the night. Each option below reflects a different way of gathering—equally beautiful, simply distinct in feel.
A Buffet offers a relaxed, social approach to dining—inviting guests to move about the space, mingle freely, and explore a wide range of offerings at their own pace. This style allows for the greatest variety and provides the most flexibility when accommodating dietary preferences and allergies. This option is perfect for celebrations that prioritize variety, movement, and a lively, interactive atmosphere.
Family-style dining creates a more relaxed yet elevated experience, centered on sharing and connection. Each table is served a generous assortment of appetizers, salads, and entrées designed to be passed and enjoyed together, offering greater variety within the meal. This option encourages conversation, keeps guests comfortably seated in assigned or chosen seats, and brings a warm, communal feel to the celebration.
Formal plated service offers a traditional, refined dining experience with a thoughtfully structured flow. This style requires a seating chart, with guests selecting their entrée in advance as part of the RSVP process and all dietary needs and allergens identified ahead of time. The menu is designed for consistency and ease of service: all guests enjoy the same appetizer and salad, followed by their chosen entrée from a curated selection of three to four options, and a shared dessert course. Plated service is an excellent choice for couples who prefer assigned seating and a clearly defined, elegant dining moment.
Trust the choice that feels most like you—No matter what you choose, the table will be set for togetherness and the kind of moments guests remember long after the night ends.
Why Sugar Salt Sand?
Our tropical cocktails and beach-to-table cuisine help set the tone for the evening, infusing the celebration with an effortless, joyful energy. Couples are invited to choose a signature cocktail for each partner, along with one shared couple’s cocktail—offering guests a taste of your individual styles and the flavor story you’re creating together.
For those who have ever dreamed of sushi at their wedding, the experience extends even further: in addition to our core menu, couples may access two exclusive crossover rolls created in collaboration with Japango, as well as a curated selection from Japango’s menu. Together, these offerings bring bold island flavors and refined Japanese cuisine into a single, unforgettable dining experience.
